Young adult students working through problems on a whiteboard
Program · Emmanuel Leadership College

Forming the next generation of Kingdom innovators.

What it is

A young-adult innovation program tied to a business degree.

In partnership with Emmanuel Leadership College, the program gives students a hands-on path into innovation and entrepreneurship — with the Church as their field.

Students work on real ministry problems, learn how to shape and test ideas, and gain the practical experience they need to become future builders, operators, and Kingdom innovators.

The student journey

Learn. Solve. Build. Lead.

01
Learn

Foundations in innovation, entrepreneurship, and the mission of the Church — anchored inside a business degree.

02
Solve Real Ministry Problems

Work on actual challenges surfaced by Emmanuel's network of churches — not case studies.

03
Build and Test

Prototype tools, programs, and initiatives with real users and real feedback.

04
Launch and Lead

Step into building the next generation of Kingdom work — as founders, operators, and leaders.

What students take with them

Real experience, real judgment, real work — not just a résumé line.

Students leave the program having worked on things that matter, alongside people building for the long haul.

How it fits into the lab

Program students become part of the lab's rhythm — bringing new questions, fresh eyes, and the energy needed to test ideas quickly. Over time, some become the builders who carry the work forward.
